It has been one crazy busy Saturday for us and I am ready to crash! Today was menu planning day along with weekly grocery shopping.
This week we are going to have:
Sunday: Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti Squash Mac n Cheese and Asparagus. Dessert will be a healthier version of Texas Sheet Cake using this recipe I found on Pinterest (I’m especially loving Pinterest for recipes these days)
Monday: DATE NIGHT! WooHoo! Gotta have our weekly date night
Tuesday: Sloppy Joes (using 93% lean ground beef & whole wheat buns) with homemade sweet potato fries (one of our all time favs!)
Wednesday: Pork Chops with Mashed Cauliflower and Salad
Thursday: Cajun Chicken Pasta. Trying out this recipe.
Friday: Loaded Sweet Potatoes
Saturday: Salad (we try to do a salad night once a week)
