Red Hot Chicken and Cheese Dip

I so look forward to this time of year, not necessarily because I am a huge NFL fan, I'm not.. but because I love appetizers! Super bowl food should be in it's own section on the food pyramid... it's that wonderful. Today's post is on a great, quick and easy super bowl dip! I kind of just threw the recipe together one day so here it goes...

You will need:

Franks Original Red Hot Sauce
2 small cans of shredded chicken
1/2 to 1 cup of finely shredded cheddar cheese
16 ounces of cream cheese
Pinch of salt
Dash of pepper

Add your cream cheese to a warm crock pot and let soften. When it is creamy and smooth it is time to add your drained chicken and cheese.

Mix Well

Next add salt and pepper to taste and your Franks Red Hot Sauce. Start out slow and add however much you desire. I ended up using half of their smallest size bottle.

Mix well and cover up on high until all the ingredients are incorporated. Once well blended you can keep on warm and people can take as desired!

Serve with tortilla chips or wheat thins!
Enjoy!
